Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable experience details or Official Terms, VIP Experiences are non-refundable.
If the original purchaser is unable to attend, certain VIP Experiences may be eligible for a name change or transfer of attendance, subject to the policies and approval of the applicable venue, event organizer, ticket issuer, or travel supplier. Transfer eligibility, deadlines, and any associated fees are determined by the underlying supplier and may vary by event or location.
Where permitted, transfer requests must be submitted with sufficient advance notice to allow processing and confirmation. For VIP Experiences that include travel components (such as flights, hotel accommodations, or ground transportation), we recommend submitting any transfer request no fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled experience date. Requests made closer to the event date may not be accommodated.

Your full name
Booking email address and phone number
The name and date of the VIP Experience
The full legal name of the proposed new attendee
A VIP agent will review the request and coordinate directly with the applicable supplier. Transfers are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation. Additional documentation, identity verification, or fees may apply.
