How do I withdraw my Marketplace credit using Fiat? (US Customers only)

Yes. Marketplace credit that is available for withdrawal, can now be processed through the OneOf website for US based customers.

Please note that, withdraw button is inactive if the funds are still “pending” in your account.

Please reach out to the Customer Support at support@oneof.com if there are issues with your withdrawal.

Steps on withdrawing your marketplace credit:

1. Go to Payment Methods Tab under My Account

2. Click on the "withdraw button" and choose Fiat.

3. Enter 2FA code either from phone or Authenticator app

4. Enter the required bank information as shown on the site. Then when ready, click on "Confirm Withdraw"

5. User will receive an email confirmation with the total amount withdrawn.

Note: It takes 3 - 5 business days for the withdrawal to be reflected to your account.
