You'll receive an email from Ticketmaster with instructions to accept your tickets. If you don't already have a Ticketmaster account, please create one using the same email address you used for your Bookit account to help ensure a smooth transfer.
If you haven't received your tickets 24 hours before the event, please contact the Bookit Concierge team for assistance.
